Shipping Policy

All products in The Chud Report store are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, order processing takes a bit longer than traditional retail.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to produce before they ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped:

United States: 3 to 8 business days

International: 7 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Total time from placing your order to delivery is production time plus shipping time. For most domestic orders, that means approximately 5 to 12 business days total.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your tracking information has not updated after several business days, please allow additional time, as carrier tracking can sometimes lag behind actual shipment movement.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at thechudrep@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
