eturn Policy

All products sold through The Chud Report store are custom, made-to-order items. Because each product is printed specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at thechudrep@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to ship the item back.

Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to offer size or color exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not defective, including orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at thechudrep@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that because items are produced on demand, cancellations requested after production has begun may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once a claim is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at thechudrep@gmail.com.
